CEO's Central Complaint Cell
Peshawar Electricity Supply Company (PESCO) has setup “Central Complaint Cell” at its Headquarters, which is functioning under direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) PESCO.
The main objective of establishment of complaint cell is to provide an efficient & immediate problem resolution to all complainants.
The problems relating to power failure, defective meter report, low voltage, delay in getting new connection, obtaining duplicate bill, late receipt of bill, wrong billing, already paid bill included in the current bill and the corruption of PESCO staff would also be registered at CEO's complaint cell.
